Suojie board is a new environmentally friendly decorative board made of high-density calcium silicate board or fiber cement board as the substrate, with a specially coated surface treatment. It is widely used in indoor and outdoor environments with high requirements for hygiene, cleanliness, and fire prevention (based on actual reports) due to its cleanliness, weather resistance, fire resistance (based on actual reports), and decorative effects. Sojie board has a smooth and dense surface, which is not easily contaminated with biomass and is extremely easy to clean. It is an ideal wall and ceiling material for clean industries such as diagnosis and treatment, pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, etc. It can also be used for commercial spaces, underground spaces, and some exterior wall decorations.

1、 Product Core Structure

Suojie board is composed of a high-strength substrate and a functional coating layer. Although its structure is simple, it has excellent performance.

The high-strength substrate layer usually uses asbestos free high-density calcium silicate board or fiber cement board as the substrate. This type of substrate has the following characteristics:

High density, high strength: The density is usually between 1.3-1.5g/cm ³, with good flexural strength and is not easily damaged.

Dimensional stability: Low moisture expansion rate, less affected by humidity changes, and not easily deformed.

Fireproof (based on actual reports) Non combustible: The substrate itself is the main product non combustible material, and it can detect smoke when exposed to fire toxins.

Moisture prevention (based on actual reports) and mold prevention (based on actual reports): The material is inorganic, does not absorb water, and does not provide a mold growth environment.

Environmentally friendly asbestos free: meets modern environmental requirements and does not contain asbestos fibers that are harmful to the human body.

The functional coating layer (decorative layer) is coated with stable performance coating on the substrate surface through multiple processes, forming a dense and smooth decorative protective layer. Common coating systems include:

Polyester (PE) coating: an economical choice with high glossiness and rich colors, suitable for general clean environments.

Polyurethane (PU) coating: Good flexibility, excellent performance, and strong chemical corrosion resistance.

Epoxy (EP) coating: Strong adhesion, good acidity and alkalinity, excellent performance, suitable for high corrosion environments such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals.

Specifically, the main coating is based on actual conditions (silver ions/photocatalyst): Adding silver ions to the coating as the main agent or nano titanium dioxide (photocatalyst) can effectively prevent the proliferation of surface substances, and some products also have the functions of decomposing formaldehyde and deodorizing.

Anti static (based on actual reports) coating: surface resistance controlled between 10 ⁶ -10 ⁹ Ω, suitable for areas sensitive to static electricity such as electronic factories and data centers.

The painting process usually includes multiple processes such as primer sealing, intermediate reinforcement, topcoat color development, and surface protection, to confirm that the coating is firmly bonded to the substrate and has fewer surface pinholes and bubbles.

2、 Core advantages

Clean performance of the effect: The surface is extremely smooth and dense, and it is not easy to absorb dust and stains. Substances and fungi are difficult to breed and reproduce on the surface. Daily cleaning only requires wiping with a damp cloth or rinsing with clean water to restore cleanliness, meeting the requirements of cleanliness standards such as GMP and HACCP.

Our main product is fire-resistant (based on actual reports), with good performance: the overall board (substrate+inorganic coating) meets the national standard for non combustible materials. It does not burn, smoke, melt droplets, or release toxic gases when exposed to fire, making it particularly suitable for hospitals, schools, shopping malls, underground spaces, and other places with strict requirements for fire prevention (based on actual reports).

Weather and corrosion resistance (based on actual reports): The high-quality coating endows the board with excellent UV resistance, good acidity and alkalinity, and chemical resistance. The service life can reach 15-20 years in indoor environments, and can also be maintained for more than 10 years without fading or powdering when used outdoors (with a one-to-one coating on the exterior wall).

Moisture proof (based on actual reports), mold proof (based on actual reports), non absorbent: The substrate and coating have relatively low water absorption rates and will not expand, deform or mold in humid environments (such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, coastal areas).

Green and environmentally friendly (based on actual reports), Anran toxin testing: The substrate is asbestos free, the coating is water-based or high solid environmentally friendly coating, the VOC (volatile organic compounds) release is relatively low, the formaldehyde content is low, and harmful substances such as benzene are low, meeting indoor air quality standards.

Diverse decorative effects: available in solid colors (white, gray, beige, blue, green, etc.), wood grain, metallic colors, and other colors and decorative effects. The surface glossiness can be selected as matte, semi gloss, or high gloss. Some products can also be customized with patterns or imitation stone textures.

Easy installation and suitable construction speed: various methods such as pasting, dragon head hanging, and snap on installation can be used. Compared with wet tiling of tiles or dry hanging of stone, the construction period is short and the pollution is small.

Scratch resistant, good hardness: The surface hardness of the coating can reach 2H-3H (pencil hardness), which can resist slight scratches and impacts in daily use.
