Extruded ceramic integrated board, also known as extruded ceramic veneer insulation and decoration integrated board, is a new type of energy-saving exterior wall decoration material that integrates effective insulation and heat preservation (based on actual reports), A-level fire protection (based on actual reports), ceramic texture decoration, and easy construction without dismantling. It uses extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS board) as the thermal insulation core material. Through the one-to-one bonding composite process, it firmly combines ultra-thin ceramic/imitation ceramic facing with the core material to form an integrated board of "insulation+decoration", which is mostly used in residential, commercial buildings, old building reconstruction and other external wall projects. The extruded ceramic integrated board adopts a multi-layer composite structure, with progressive layers from the inner to the outer layer, balancing performance and stability:

Thermal insulation core material layer: excellent extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS) is selected and extruded at high temperature. The interior is a uniform closed cell honeycomb structure, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.030W/(m ・ K). The thermal insulation (mainly based on actual reports) has excellent performance, which can effectively block the indoor and outdoor heat transfer and reduce the energy consumption of building air conditioning and heating. Composite bonding layer: A one-to-one weather resistant adhesive is used, combined with a two-way fiberglass mesh reinforcement layer, to firmly bond the ceramic veneer with the extruded core material, forming a stable composite structure. The bonding layer has strong weather resistance, which can resist temperature changes and rainwater erosion, avoid surface peeling and cracking, and buffer thermal expansion and contraction stress, improving the overall stability of the board.

Ceramic decorative layer: It adopts ultra-thin ceramic/imitation ceramic decorative layer (or inorganic decorative layer with imitation ceramic texture), which is formed by high-temperature calcination, with a dense and smooth surface, rich and diverse colors, and can restore the texture and texture of naturally grown stone and ceramic tiles. At the same time, it has the characteristics of scratch resistance, stain resistance and easy cleaning. The finish is resistant to UV aging, does not fade or turn yellow, and can maintain a bright appearance even after long-term outdoor use.

The extruded ceramic integrated board adopts a dual fixing method of "bonding+dry hanging". First, the board is fixed to the wall base layer with a one-to-one adhesive, and then reinforced with metal pendants to confirm that the board is installed firmly and can withstand strong wind loads. The joints of the board are treated with weather resistant sealant to form a complete waterproof (based on actual reports) insulation system. Daily maintenance does not require special operations.
